Your way to Sixt:Our Sixt Branch is located out from Girona Train station. When you leave the main entrance, you will find the taxi stop. Go across the street and we will be waiting for you at our office located at Carretera Barcelona 33. Return information:In order to return your vehicle, please go to the entrance of our parking myPark at Sixt Girona Renfe (Train Station). Park your vehicle opposite the main entrance of the Sixt parking area. At the parking entrance, to your left you will find the Sixt keyboard, please enter the access code. The entrance to the parking will then open, enabling you to return your Sixt vehicle in one of our designated parking spaces located on floor -1. Please drop off the key at our Sixt Office located in the same street, Carretera Barcelona 33.

ACCEPTED: American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, Japanese Credit Bureau Credit Card, MasterCard (not prepaid), Visa (not prepaid). Debit card not accepted unless otherwise stated below. A deposit amount from a minimum of EUR 300.0 to a maximum of EUR 1000.0 will be held against your credit card for the duration of the rental. Your deposit is a guarantee held in the event of damage/theft of the vehicle. This will be automatically released if there is no theft or damage during the rental period. Please note that this does not represent your total excess liability which can be found in the Insurance Coverage section. Credit card(s) must be valid for up to 6 months after the rental has ended. NOT ACCEPTED: No other payment types will be accepted. A valid credit card in the first name and surname (no abbreviations) of the lead driver must be presented at the rental desk in order to pre-authorise/charge a deposit. The credit card(s) must be embossed and a PIN number may be required. In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card, there is a lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card or the credit card is not in the lead driver's name, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed. This location accepts Debit Card. Conditions of debit card use: Card must be in main driver's name. MasterCard or VISA only. Debit cards must be issued by a bank, and numbers must be embossed. Please note, the deposit amount will be charged if using a debit card and associated transactions fees may apply. Debit cards cannot be used for fullsize, premium or luxury vehicles. Maximum rental duration 28 days if using debit card. Prepaid and electronic cards (Visa Electron) are not accepted.

Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to hire a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
The vehicle selection can restrict travel to certain countries. For a description of these restrictions on admission, the countries are divided into three zones.
Zone 1: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain and Vatican
Zone 2: Croatia, Czech Republic*, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland*, Slovakia and Slovenia
Zone 3: All countries which are not in zone 1 or 2.
The car brands Jaguar, Porsche, Aston Martin as well as all Jeeps/ Offroader are allowed to enter only in zone 1 countries. The car brands Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen are allowed to enter in zone 1 countries and including the vehicles of sizes L*** in *-marked countries of the zone 2.
Entry into any country in zone 3 is not permitted.
In case of offence against cross border and territorial restrictions all insurances lose their validity.
For rentals on Balearic / Canary Islands: It is not allowed to ship the rental car by ferry.
